The College of Governance and Business Library (CGB Library) is equipped with modern technologies to satisfy the administrative, instructional, and training needs of the academic community.

The CGB Library commits itself to the teaching and learning process by providing information resources, instructional services and other support in the most effective formats for University programs, students and faculty research.

Library Rules and Regulations

  1. SILENCE is to be strictly observed.
  2. Absolutely NO eating and NO smoking inside the library.
  3. The library is for reading and research purposes only.
  4. Present your valid USEP-ID and Library ID card with ID picture upon entrance to the library.
  5. Filipiniana, Periodicals, and Journals are exclusively FOR LIBRARY USE only.
  6. Reserved books maybe borrowed by the hour, subject to renewal. It may be borrowed overnight from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM of the succeeding working day. It is subject to copies available.
  7. Borrowing of books to be used within the library, the borrower surrenders his Library ID Card with ID picture and writes his name, course and date on the book card.
  8. Borrowers should inspect all reading materials they borrow before and after reading.
  9. For lost and damaged books, an exact replacement should be demanded. The charge for lost and damaged books shall be computed at the current effective exchange rate of book rate plus to cover handling and processing costs.

Internet Rules and Regulations

  1. Register your notebook computers (WIFI Capable only).
  2. Each student has unlimited Internet access per semester. The Internet is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (based on library schedule) Tuesday to Saturday.
  3. Booking is on a first come first serve basis. Reservation in any form is not allowed.
  4. The student should inform the CGB e-Library Coordinator if there are problems encounterd.
  5. USB should be scanned for viruses first before using.
  6. The student should maintain silence, orderliness and cleanliness in the library.
  7. Strictly no chat, no pornography and no games.
  8. No food or drinks of any form in the e-Library.
