VISION
To establish/ develop a University-wide computerized Records Management System that would electronically receive, disseminate, store, locate, retrieve, and, likewise preserve documents throughout its life-cycle.

MISSION
As one of the administrative units of the University, the Records Office shall be one of the strong forces that would contribute to the attainment of the University's goal as a premier university by ensuring the preservation, security and integrity of all University records.

GOALS
To develop an efficient Records Management System that would provide an easy access and retrieval of accurate and vital information whenever it is needed to support and guide University Official/ leaders in their decision-making process towards the attainment of the University's goal.
