• Filing, maintenance and preservation of vital documents through electronic means;
  • Receiving of official mails;
  • Dispatching of official mails;
  • Photocopying and/ or scanning/ assigning of serial numbers/ routing/ dispatching of Memoranda, Special Orders, Office Orders, and other issuances from the Office of the President;
  • Taking care of communications intended for external campuses;
  • Retrieval and/ or scanning/ photocopying of official communications;
  • Lending assistance to the Office of the Vice President for Administration in some of its official activities through the preparation of official communications, reports, etc.;
  • Such other activities as may be assigned by the Office of the President or Office of the Vice President for Administration;
