  • Sustaining the professional growth and enhancement of professional competencies of multigrade teachers and pre-school teachers.
  •  To design and conduct demand-driven training in teaching science and mathematics and teaching other subject areas in accordance with the Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) and in support of the implementation of K to 12 program.
  •  Providing SPED teachers knowledge and skills on various educational programs and services appropriate for children with learning disability, children with intellectual disability, children with visual impairment, children with hearing impairment and children with multiple disability including deaf-blindness. Also, to provide teachers knowledge and skills on various educational programs and services appropriate for children who are gifted and talented.
  •  Training administrators and supervisors with competencies in establishing and maintaining viable SPED programs in their jurisdiction and to enhance their leadership and fiscal management capabilities.
  •  Developing teachers and educational managers to become leaders in the improvement of the teaching and learning process and equip them with the essential skills and strategies to become leaders of change.
  •  To periodically assess and evaluate the impact of training programs and conduct related research in pedagogy and education.
