What are the undergraduate and graduate courses offered in the Institute of Computing?

What are the requirements needed to be able to enroll in any courses offered in IC?

Undergraduate Courses (BSCS/BSIT)

    1. Certificate of Good Moral Character
    2. Form 138 (4th year HS Report Card) - with no final grade below 80 in any subject
    3. Passed the USEP Admission Test
    4. 2 pcs. 2x2 ID Pictures
    5. Honorable Dismissal (for transferee)
    6. Transcript of Records (for transferee) - with no final grade below 2.0 in Science, Math & English

Master of Science in Information Science

    1. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Technology or any computer-related degree with an average grade of 2.5 (85)
    2. Recommendation Letter endorsed by a former professor, Dean or Head of the institution previously attended
    3. Recommendation Letter endorsed by a Head of Office or Immediate Supervisor where the applicant is currently connected (for employees)
    4. Recommendation Letter by any person holding a respectable position in business or a person prominent in any profession (for non-employees)
    5. 3 pcs. 2 x 2 colored ID pictures
    6. 2 pcs. 1 x 1 colored ID pictures
    7. 2 copies of Transcript of Record
    8. Original Copy of Honorable Dismissal
    9. 2 pcs. Long Brown Envelope
    10. Photocopy of Marriage Contract and Letter of Request for Change of Status (for married women)

Master of Science in Library Information Science

    1. A Bachelor's Degree in Library Science with a GPA of 2.0
    2. Knowledge in computer fundamentals and experience working with computer databases, spreadsheets and word processing
    3. Recommendation Letter endorsed by a former professor, Dean or Head of the institution previously attended
    4. Recommendation Letter endorsed by a Head of Office or Immediate Supervisor where the applicant is currently connected (for employees)
    5. Recommendation Letter by any person holding a respectable position in business or a person prominent in any profession (for non-employees)
    6. 4 pcs. 2 x 2 colored ID pictures
    7. 2 copies of Transcript of Record
